The application uses the granted Google Sheets access exclusively to read the data required to generate your analytical charts and insights within the application interface.We do not use your Google data for developing, improving, or training generalised artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.3. Data Sharing
We do not share, transfer, or sell your Google user data to any third parties. The data accessed is strictly for your own use within the Kitsune Codex interface.4. Data Storage & Protection
Kitsune Codex does not store, log, or retain any user data from your Google Sheets in any database or file system.In-Memory Processing: The data is processed entirely in-memory during your active session.Security: All data transfers between Google APIs and Kitsune Codex occur over secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). We do not use any tracking cookies or local storage mechanisms that retain your Google data.5. Data Retention & Deletion
Because Kitsune Codex operates strictly in-memory, there is no persistent data retention.Deletion: Your data is immediately and permanently discarded from our active server memory the moment your session ends or you close the application.Revoking Access: As we hold no permanent records to delete, you can manage and revoke Kitsune Codex's access to your Google account at any time by navigating to your Google Account Security settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.6.
